-waiting-
we are living in a world
where everything takes so long
what have we done to bring such fate
i know it's not a choice of yours or mine
waiting for food, service and men
waiting for red lights to turn green
here we are standing and waiting again
thinking when will this waiting come to an end
it is not a bad thing though
as it gives us time to reflect through
a moment where we stop and think in detail
or even appreciate things wonderful around us
it's a moment where we can appreciate the beauty of nature!!
