-insomnia solutions-
am i just tired or my brain is turning rusty
i cant seem to think at all
insomnia problems here to stay
some solutions to share:
1. drink a cup of milk (must be hot; those powered milk)
2. read a boring book
3. dream of things u like (anything under the sun)
4. put some essential oil in the room (only lavendar works the best)
5. put some light music
no point counting sheeps
forcing urself to close the eyes
all these make things worse only
hope it helps all those "owls" like me!!
